Intramurals are for Pre-K through 4th grade players that are placed on teams based on their birth year.  Teams are initially formed in late August and play 8 games during Fall followed by 7 games during Spring.  All games are played at Burr Intermediate School on Sundays with varied start times each week. The cost is $220 for the first child ($195 for each additional child) and covers the cost of both Fall and Spring. 

The Spring 2019 dates are 4/7, 4/14, 4/28, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2 and 6/9.

U5 “Pee Wee” (Coed) - Born in 2014
U6 “Pee Wee” - Born in 2013
U7 “A1” - Born in 2012
U8 “A2” - Born in 2011
U9 / U10 “B” - Born in 2009-2010

A Spring only registration is now available for a limited time. The cost is $120 per player.

Shooting Stars

Shooting Stars is a developmental program that introduces our youngest future players to the fun of soccer.  This highly rated program is run by professional trainers with experience instructing young players.

This program is for players born in 2015 or 2016 (must be 3 years old by 5/1).

The cost is $75 per player and it runs for 7 weeks.

Spring 2019 sessions take place on the following Tuesdays at Burr: 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4 & 6/11.

Times are:

500pm-545pm for 3 year olds
500pm-545pm for 4 year olds *new
550pm-635pm for 4 year olds

Pee Wee Developmental Training

Pee Wee Developmental is an instructional training program for players born in 2013 (U6) and 2014 (U5).

Spring 2019 sessions will be held on the following Wednesdays from 430-530pm at Burr.

4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29

Cost is $100 per player for all sessions.

Developmental Training

Developmental is an instructional training program intended for U7-U9 (born 2010-2012) players. Participation in developmental training is required for U7 players that are interested in trying out for a U8 travel team the following season. All training sessions are led by John Bussi.

Travel teams starting in Fall 19 are for players from U8 (born in 2012) to U19 (born in 2001).  Teams are formed in June after tryouts are held.  The cost for registration is $315 per player. At minimum, teams will play a Fall and Spring league season with half their games at home and half their games away at various opponents. Teams play in Long Island Junior Soccer League, New York Club Soccer League and/or Eastern Development Program Soccer. Many teams also play in tournaments, cup competitions and sometimes train and play games indoor during winter as well. Costs vary by team.

Registration for tryouts is free and mandatory for U9-U12.

Top Soccer

The Special Children’s Soccer Program of the Long Island Junior Soccer League is for those children with mental and/or physical handicap conditions. This program was initiated to accommodate those children who are not able to participate in a regular or mainstream soccer activity. It provides an opportunity for that child who deviates from the average or normal child in mental, physical or social characteristics to such an extent that he or she requires modified educational practices and services in order to develop to his or her maximum capacity.


Teams need parents to volunteer for key roles like intramural coach, travel team parent administrator, treasurer, team mom and more.  Commack Soccer also provides opportunities for teams to earn money towards training by helping with field setup duties.  

Hardship Relief Fund

Youth soccer players unable to participate in the Commack Soccer League Youth Soccer program due to financial reasons may qualify for a registration scholarship only as a means of financial assistance. Within certain limits of our league, we are able to provide financial assistance for registration only to those who qualify.

Code of Conduct &
No Tolerance Policy

Commack Soccer has issued guidelines for parents, players and guests, regarding behavior at all Team/Club events.  There's also a No Tolerance Policy.
