• In the field "Team Name" please enter your club affiliation and team name. For example, Commack Revolution, Dix Hills Devils, NCH Stingrays, Smithtown Bandits.
• In the field "Club Name" please select  the name of your club from the drop down menu. For example, Commack Soccer League, Dix Hills Soccer Club, Northport-Cow Harbor Soccer Club, Smithtown Kickers Soccer League, etc.
• In the field "League" select your league name from the drop down menu.
• In the field "Spring  Division" enter your exact division for Spring 2008. For example, Long Island Junior Soccer League uses designations such as N1, S3, 5E, 6W, etc. If you are not part of the LIJSL just enter your division in the field. If you are not a travel team, enter Non-Travel. (Non-Travel teams are typically U8, U9, Interleague, Intramural, or Development teams.)
• In the field "Fall  Division"  enter your exact Fall 2007 division. Remember, LIJSL U10 teams in the Fall used designations such as NC, NE, NM, NN, NS, NW, SE, SM, SN, SS and SW instead of division numbers.
• An e-mail address is required for notification of important tournament information. Please provide a valid e-mail address. If you do not have one, provide an e-mail address of someone from your team, etc. who can contact you to relay any important updates. 
• In the Team History section, please complete as much information as possible. This information is used to place teams at the level where they will be most competitive.
• Even though you register on-line, you are not officially entered in the tournament until payment is received.

Very Important: Do not forget to choose a payment method (credit card or check) on the second screen. If you do not, your application is incomplete and your team will not be officially registered in the tournament.
