PHOTO DAYS

BURR INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL CAFETERIA
Coaches:
Hand out envelopes and notify all of your players of your photo time. Decide what color uniform your team will be wearing.
Have your team at the cafeteria at least
30 minutes before scheduled time.
Team Photos will be taken on time.
Be sure to tell parents to fill out envelopes front and back clearly, completely and enclose payment.
Photos must be paid in full on photo day.
Checks (made out to Colorgraphics) or
Cash (exact amount only) - no change available.
Each child must have their own envelope.
NO CLEATS OR SOCCER BALLS ALLOWED IN SCHOOL.
ENTER VIA THE NEW CAFETERIA
Over 1,700 children will have their pictures taken. We recommend one parent per child and that siblings not accompany the players if possible. There is no room for strollers in the cafeteria. Parents may not accompany the players into the picture taking area.
Please make sure players know their team name
and number and coaches first and last name.
