Coaches Manual - Commack Soccer League has copies of the league coaches manual available at the soccer building.  This manual contains valuable and pertinent information to coaches at the Pee-Wee age group, as well as other age groups.

Scheduling Conflicts - We realize that from time-to-time a scheduling conflict may arise.  We have made a provision for these instances by creating an extra playing field.  However, games can be rescheduled only with the permission of your division coordinator.  Here is the procedure you should follow:
1. Contact your coordinator.  They will identify the field and time slots that are available for rescheduled games.  This should be done as early in the season as possible with the exception of emergencies.
2.  Speak with the coach (not the assistant coach) of the team you are scheduled to play.
3.  Agree on a new time.  The time should be one of the Pee-Wee time slots that the coordinator gave you.  You cannot change the date of a game.
4.  Once you have agreed on the new time, call your division coordinator.
5.  The division coordinator will insure that no other team has requested that time slot.  Both coaches (not the assistants) will then be informed that the game has been officially rescheduled.  The game is not considered rescheduled until the division coordinator confirms with both coaches.
6.  Once confirmed, coaches should notify their assistants and parents.
7.  On the day of the rescheduled game teams should report to the playing field specifically created for this purpose.
