SESSION 1: SKILL CAMP June 28-July 1st (Boys & Girls Ages: 5-16 Times: 9 AM -12PM) for Developmental/Intramural, travel and Academy players.
Location: BURR RD COMPLEX, COMMACK
Tuition: $150 per player. Price Includes SUSA Shirt and Water Bottle. SUSA Skill Camp is designed for individuals of all playing abilities (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and teams of all levels (Developmental, Intramural, and travel).Camp is open to boys and girls. Camp Curriculum integrates Ball familiarity, Foot Skills in combination with SUSA FACS (Fitness, Agility, Coordination, Speed and Strength training) and game play. Players are grouped in accordance to age and skill level. Ages 5 -9 being considered as Level I, Ages 10- 12 as Level II and Ages 13-16 as Level 3

Parent/Guardian: I certify that my child enrolled above is in good health and has my permission to participate in camp activities including soccer. I am aware of the risks associated with my son's/daughter's involvement in the camp and the camp related activities. In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to SUSA staff, camp director and physician selected by the camp director to secure proper treatment for the camper. I will be fully responsible for all medical expenses incurred by my child while attending the program. I give permission to SUSA to use my child's images in future advertising and promotional materials
